Concession Stand - Information and Schedule

The snack bar is staffed completely by volunteers.

Joanne is also in charge of snack bar operation at the Battle At HillTop Tournament, and any other event run at HillTop Farm. In that capacity, he also handles food vendors who desire to sell during our events. Vendors wishing to sell at HillTop Farm, should read our Food Vendor Policy and fill out an application.

Attached are easy instructions for opening and closing the snack bar. Print these out and share them with your team members. They are also posted on the wall in the snack bar.

In addition, here is a staffing model to help you schedule your team members during your shift.

  

Snack Bar Staffing Model
Please, only allow children 8 and older, scheduled to work, to be in the snack bar during your shift.
Because of the presence of hot beverages and food,
no small children should be behind the counter –
for their own safety.
And NO CHILDREN in the Grill and Fryer area.
