Phase ITucker's Building & Construction completed Phase I work. Phase I included demolition of the basement floor, pour of a new concrete floor to provide full walking headroom, installation of all utilities in the floor (sewer, electric, water etc), and structural concerns addressed. A snack bar patio was poured, service entry door, food service window and double entry doors were installed. The basement will be a full service kitchen and have a sit down dining area. An interior set of steps was installed to allow access to the upper levels of the barn. The new front entrance was built including a double set of doors leading into a lobby area. The lobby includes a set of bathrooms. The mid level will be an open floor plan that will lend itself to hosting all of the typical club events, such as seasonal registration, pictures, coaching seminars, coaches’ meetings, monthly association meetings AND other events like World Cup, Super Bowl, MLB World Series parties to name a few. A third level loft is planned on the front end of the clubhouse (above the front lobby) and will include an office and lounge. Phase IIPhase II is now almost complete. Work is being done by Gorski Engineering. It includes well water installation, sewer line installation, snack bar renovation, and the second level outdoor deck. Project approval and cost summary
