Recommended - USSF U8 and U10 Modules or NSCAA State Diploma

Travel Team Head Coaching Requirements

U10 and below - Minimum USSF U8 and U10 Modules or NSCAA State Diploma
U11-U12 - Minimum USSF E License or NSCAA Regional Diploma
U13+ - Minimum USSF D License or NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma
 

Premier Team Head Coaching Requirements

Any Age - Minimum USSF C License or NSCAA National Diploma

Notes to Above

• All existing coaches are grandfathered in.
   
• New coaches must obtain their license within 1 year of coaching for West-Mont USA.
   
• All coaches attending and passing Non-Residential Licensing Courses will have their coaching fees refunded after completion, and successfully passing the course.
   
• All coaches attending Residential Licensing Courses will have their coaching fees refunded after completion and successfully passing the course. Repayment will take place after they have been a Head Coach for West-Mont USA for one full calendar year.
   
• Coaches who do not have this minimum qualification must submit a resume to the Director of Coaching (DoC) and will be assessed by the DoC in order to qualify for West-Mont USA coaching status.
   

Training Qualifications

All Trainers working with West-Mont United teams who are looking to be reimbursed by the club must fulfill the following requirements:

• Have a minimum of a USSF C License, NSCAA National Diploma or EUFA "B" License
   
• Trainers who do not have this minimum qualification must submit a resume to the Director of Coaching, and will be assessed by the DOC in order to qualify for West-Mont USA trainer status.
   
• Trainers who are currently authorized (see authorized trainers list) by West-Mont United SA to train teams are grandfathered into this program but will be assessed by the DOC.
   
• All trainers must submit itemized invoices for training refunds from the club treasurer.
