General Meeting Agenda & Archives

Association general meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month and are open to all members. Come share your ideas, learn what is happening in the club and see the progress we are making. Meetings start at 7:30 PM except for September which starts at 8:00pm to allow for team practices.

2010 Meeting Dates are:
Jan 6, Feb 3, Mar 3, Apr 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 1, Oct 6, Nov 3, and Dec 1.

All members and guests are able to add an item to the agenda. To add an agenda item, email your request to our Recording Secretary at least two weeks before the scheduled date of the meeting. Here is our agenda to date for the next meeting.

The association's by-laws contain specific guidelines concerning who qualifies to vote in a general election. This includes the number of meetings you must attend during the 12 month period preceding the election. View the attendance matrix to see if you are eligible.
