Rules at HillTop Farm 

The following are explicitly Prohibited

  • Dogs or any other pets/animals – Member or Non-Member – No Exceptions
  • Guns, Firearms, Bows
  • Consuming Alcohol
  • Tobacco use of all kinds
  • Abuse of farm pets including throwing rocks, chasing or antagonizing
  • Hitting golf balls including plastic golf balls
  • Parking in non-designated areas
  • Driving in non-designated areas, driving onto the grass
  • Unauthorized use of a Handicapped parking area
  • Removal of or damaging parking signs or any other posted sign
  • Use of the facility after dark
  • Selling food or beverages without prior approval from the Board of Directors
  • Use of facility for any special purpose without prior approval from the Board of Directors
  • Loitering
  • Abuse of facility including but not limited to:
    • Damaging equipment, ie. corner flags, signs, goals etc.
    • Hanging or climbing on soccer goals or nets
    • Damaging any building including the house, barn, snack shed or bridge
    • Damaging trees
    • Throwing rocks
    • Dumping trash or garbage
  • Inappropriate behavior including but not limited to:
    • Operating a motorized vehicle in an unsafe manner
    • Fighting or physical abuse toward any person
    • Foul or threatening language to the Tenants
    • Foul or threatening language to a Referee
    • Foul or threatening language to a Coach or assistant Coach
    • Foul or threatening language to an Official or Board Member
  • Parking
    • Absolutely no parking outside of barriers, i.e. road-side. Township will issue tickets and tow.
    • Park within white lines.
    • Handicap Parking spots require a Handicapped license plate or placard. These spots are designated with blue lines.
    • Do not park in roped-off areas.
    • Grass lane to rear parking is a passage-way ONLY. NO PARKING along passage way. Irrigation system damage may occur.
    • No Parking in staff area, between house and barn, without a parking pass.

Violations and Violators will be reported to the Local Authorities and the WMUSA Board of Directors. Violations can result in reparation and termination of membership. Non-members or visitors will be subject to reparation and removal from the facility.
