West-Mont United is excited to work with TJ Popolizio, of Northwestern Mutual, and Dean Skarlis, of The College Advisor of New York, to offer our membership a great opportunity to plan for their child(ren)'s future college education. We recognize that very few athletes are fortunate enough to receive athletic scholarship money, and paying for college is becoming increasingly overwhelming. Additionally, the process of choosing the right university and going through the admissions process can be daunting. TJ and Dean have the experience and knowledge to make the entire process easier for your family.
For many families, business owners and busy professionals, there is little time left after career and family to deal with personal finances. Unfortunately, being too busy to plan can be costly. The stress of saving efficiently for college while balancing other financial concerns continues to be one of the most stressful topics for young families. Our team works with families to prepare for the cost of college. I partner with my clients to solve the complex issues that life presents. Whether you are concerned about your own financial situation or that of your family or your business, I can help you identify your financial planning needs, and then address those needs by blending a wide range of investment and risk products.
Previously, he was an accomplished athlete. He was a two sport Division 1 athlete and captain at Brown, competing in soccer and wrestling. After graduation, he attended Indiana University, as a MBA candidate at the Kelley School of Business. In his final season as a competitive athlete, TJ won National Championship in Soccer. Athletics continue to play an integral role in his life, coaching in both soccer and wrestling. He is passionate about helping families plan for the costs of college.
